Swedish Massage

I apply Swedish massage therapy for a variety of ailments and injuries. I'm passionate about helping people feel their best and strive to ensure every client leaves feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I use a combination of Swedish massage techniques to help improve circulation, reduce stress, and alleviate pain. I work with each client to create an individualized plan that is tailored to their specific needs and goals.

Fusion Therapy

I work, using my background in P.T., to provide a unique fusion of massage and physical therapy. I believe in working with the client to develop a plan that focuses on total health and well being. My goal is to ensure that each of my clients leave feeling soothed, relaxed, and recharged. I utilize a variety of massage and physical therapy techniques, including deep tissue massage, sports massage, and passive stretching, to name a few, to decrease pain and fascial adhesions and improve tissue mobility.

Deep Tissue &
Trigger Point Therapy

I specialize in deep tissue and trigger point massage. I have a deep understanding of the anatomy of the body and the goal of deep tissue work. These sessions focus on targeting the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia to alleviate pain, reduce tension, and improve range of motion. I strive to understand each client’s individual needs and use a combination of techniques to help them reach their goals. I believe in the power of deep tissue work to promote healing and relaxation.

I offer sports massage and injury management services to athletes of all levels. With my experience in athletic rehabilitation, game readiness and injury recovery, I am committed to helping you maximize your performance. I understand the importance of proper body mechanics and injury recovery for athletes, and I work closely with clients to ensure they reach their goals safely and effectively, whether an elite athlete or a weekend warrior.

Focused massage therapy treatments are abbreviated sessions to target specific areas of concern. I aim to help my clients manage their symptoms more effectively and efficiently with shorter massage sessions that focus on one area.

Massage therapy services that help my clients find pain relief and relaxation, using Swedish techniques and the addition of hot stones to achieve the desired results. My goal is to provide clients with an individualized and professional experience that promotes relaxation and decreased tension.

60 min - $85

Hot Stone Massage

Prenatal Massage

I offer prenatal massage therapy services to ensure that moms to be have a safe and comfortable experience. My goal is to help expectant mothers reduce stress, improve their overall well-being, and ease the physical discomforts associated with pregnancy. Massage therapy is available for moms to be in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters with physician approval, providing a nurturing and supportive environment for expectant mothers.

I offer chair massage services that provide relaxation and stress relief in just 15-20 minutes, with no need for oil or lotion. My focus is on neck and back tension and sessions are done while the client remains fully clothed.

I also offer group rates for on site events such as corporate events, conferences, and parties. Contact me for more information!
